At the outset, our contract focused on essential pre-construction demolition services. This included the demolition of select interior spaces, installation of hoarding and protective flooring to safeguard surrounding areas, excavation and demolition related to lower-level plumbing, and the removal of lower-level walls and flooring to prepare the site for subsequent construction phases.
As the project progressed, our role expanded dramatically. We took on a broad range of specialized tasks that required precise coordination, technical expertise, and high standards of craftsmanship. The final scope included:
