Accessible Services

True North Maintenance ensures that our service offerings—including cleaning, property management, inspections, security system installations, and custom repairs—are delivered in a manner that respects the dignity and independence of all individuals. We are committed to providing accessible customer service by:

Offering alternative communication formats upon request (e.g., large print, audio, or digital documents).

Ensuring service representatives are trained to accommodate individuals with disabilities.

Making physical access improvements to service locations where applicable.

Providing remote assistance and digital consultations to overcome location-based barriers.

Communication

We are dedicated to clear, open, and accessible communication. Upon request, True North Maintenance will provide information and communication materials in accessible formats or with communication supports. We work with the individual to determine the most appropriate format or support based on their needs.

 

Assistive Devices and Support Persons

People with disabilities are welcome to use their own assistive devices while interacting with our team. True North Maintenance will also ensure that support persons accompanying individuals with disabilities are welcomed and accommodated.

 

Training

All employees and contractors of True North Maintenance are trained on:How to interact and communicate with individuals with various disabilities.How to use equipment or devices available on-site that may assist individuals with accessibility needs.Understanding the rights of individuals under relevant accessibility and human rights legislation.

 

Feedback Process

Feedback from our clients helps us improve. We welcome comments on how we provide accessible services. Feedback can be submitted by phone, email, or in person, and we will respond in a timely manner. Upon request, we will provide accessible formats and communication supports for the feedback process.
