Darren Julian – Project Manager in charge of site planning and sales , customer follow up, estimating. Darren has been in the flooring business and building construction for over 14 years. Darren has managed projects all over Canada and the U.S from flooring installation to building repairs. Customer service and exceeding client expectations is a main focus.
Stephen Gallacher – Installation Manager and Prime Contact Stephen Gallacher has been with True North for over 19 years. He is on the company's board, and is the senior supervisor of all True North staff. Steve is a highly skilled tradesman providing top quality workmanship in all tasks. He is a key asset and true leader on our team. He will ensure your project is done right the first time, making it a positive experience for administration and staff. He has extensive knowledge of procedures and proper practices on the job site. He has been certified by the Ontario Flooring Association as well as by Mannington Commercial Flooring.
Steve has served as the primary contact for the national account with all flooring for Mannington and the Latter Day Saints Church. He has dealt with several large scale projects from demolition projects for St Joseph’s Hospital to build outs for TRL Properties. Steve works closely with the project team and finds the best plan of action for every project no matter how big or small. Gary Blore – Flooring/Project Assistant Gary has been in the flooring industry for over 7 years. He is in charge of all project demolition, floor preparation and does most of the gluing of carpet and dry fitting. He is currently in charge of the main demolition of the St Joseph’s old DI area which is a multi million dollar project. There are a team of helpers who aid Gary in his demolition tasks. He insures your work will be performed in a professional manner and follows all guidelines outlined for the specific task.
Lisa Peck – Office Manager Lisa looks and fields all questions about day to day operations as well as on going status of all projects. Lisa provides all the team support and assists those out in the field. She is also in charge of HR and all payroll items.
Kevin Martell – Drywall / Electrical Kevin acts as a drywall helper to the team. He has been doing drywall projects for over 6 years. He has all his licenses in the electrical field if there ever is a need to do any electrical work. He has his Commercial License, Electrical Engineer Tech and construction license. Kevin provides a lot of trouble shooting for the drywall team because of his electrical background making it a smooth transition for any on site electrical team because of his attention to those details. Kevin has no recorded safety incidents.
John Gallacher - Team Supervisor Senior supervisor John has extensive experience in the building and facility repair and maintenance field. His knowledge and skill set is a major asset for our team. John has been the main contact on several high profile builds including the St Joseph’s new Jurvinski Tower. He has been working with St Joseph's Hospitals for over 40 years, where he has overseen all the major trades. John's values and principles for quality work and proper practices ensure that projects are completed on time, and to our clients'complete satisfaction.
